- 3 leeks
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 carrots
- dill
- 1 lemon (juice)
- olive oil
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
- parsley for garnish
- Salmon Omega-3
- Lemon = vitamin C and antioxidants
- leeks = folic acid
- oregano = Vitamin A & C
