Salmon with leek...

A delicious plate, healthy, easy to prepare and very quick to cook!




  •   Ingredients 
  • 3 to 4 boneless salmon fillets
  • 3 leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • dill
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  •  parsley for garnish

    Finely chop the leeks, carrots, onion, garlic and dill. Place the salmon and cut vegetables on baking paper.Put salt, pepper, oregano, lemon juice and olive oil.

 Fold the baking paper and place them in a pan. Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit -  air function) for 35 - 40 minutes. 


  Garnish   with chopped parsley and serve!

  3. Salmon is hands down, my absolute favorite fish. I could eat it every single day! As a matter of fact, I did just that recently when I was on vacation.
