Light tiramisu......

Do you like  tiramisu? I love it. So I decieded to simplify the recipe. The original recipe has 5 to 8 eggs (both whites and yolks) and  1 cup of sugar!!! You have to beat the whites to made them in maringue and then put them in the mix. So I decide to simplify the recipe and I used only 2 eggs yolks and 5 tbsp sugar. I also added a vanilla extract .Anyway I just made it easier and lighter and it is still tasteful and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet biscuits savoiardi (lady fingers)
  • 2 eggs (yolks)
  • 5 tbsp confectioners sugar
  • 400 gr mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • Espresso coffee (to dive in the savouagiar)
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • Cocoa (unsweeted)

ingredients...

beat the yolks with the sugar

when the colour turn white...

put the mascarpone cheese and the pure  vanilla extract...

Beat the mix until it becomes a smooth cream...

then dip the savoiardi in the mix of coffee and  rum...

place them in a dish ....

when the bottom is covered spread half of the cream and continue with the rest of the savoiardi....

spread the rest of the cream...

we leave it in the refrigerator for 4 hours

we sprinkle with cocoa...

and it's ready....!!!
